Due to overwhelming response following sell out screenings at The Transitions Film Festival, we are thrilled to be releasing A PLASTIC OCEAN at Cinema Nova from 23rd March for a limited season.

A PLASTIC OCEAN is an important documentary looking at plastic pollution and its ultimate consequences for marine, animal and human health. Australian filmmaker and award-winning journalist, Craig Leeson grew up in an ocean environment which moulded his relationship with the environment and its inhabitants. He is not ‘anti-plastic’ per se, but ‘anti-plastic in the environment’. His timely film, A PLASTIC OCEAN, is an urgent call to look at workable technology and policy solutions that can, if implemented in time, change our world for the better.

Cinema Nova and Sea Shepherd are excited to present an advance screening of the film with a special intro from the Marine Debris team on Sat 18th March.
